Join the UMES National Alumni Association

Why join the UMES NAA?

To join with other UMES Alumni to ensure that the opportunities that were available to each of us are available to other young people in our neighborhood, church, communities, and high schools.  More importantly, to highlight many of the new programs such as Aviation Science, Business, Engineering, Hotel Restaurant Management, Golf Management, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Physician’s Assistant, and a host of other world-class, high-end programs now at UMES.

Membership of the National Alumni Association

Membership in the University of Maryland Eastern Shore National Alumni Association may be classified as:

 

Associate Membership

$30.00 (USD)

Subscription period: 1 year, on July 1st

No recurring payments

 

Associate members are persons who attended UMES or any of its predecessor institutions but did not receive a degree, diploma or certificate. Associate members are not voting members and are required to pay the appropriate annual dues.

 

First Year Member

$30.00 (USD)

Subscription period: 1 year, on July 1st

No recurring payments

 

**Membership for Recent Graduates Only**

 

Life Membership

$500.00 (USD)

Subscription period: Unlimited

 

Any individual who holds a membership in the organization is encouraged to become a life member, which consist of paying a life membership fee. This membership exempts you from paying the annual regular membership fee.


(Payable in two installments of $250.00 over a two year period. Please select Life Membership Installment Plan Membership Type.)

Any individual who has been awarded a degree, diploma, or certificate by UMES or any of its predecessor institutions may become a Life Member of this Chapter by paying the appropriate annual membership fees.

Life members have full voting rights and the right to hold office.

 

Life Membership Installment Plan

$250.00 (USD)

Subscription period: 1 year, on July 1st

No recurring payments

Regular Membership

Subscription period: 1 year, on July 1st

No recurring payments

 

Any individual who has been awarded a degree, diploma, or certificate by UMES or any of its predecessor institutions may become a Regular Member of this Chapter by paying the appropriate annual membership fees.

Regular members have full voting rights and the right to hold office.

 

*All annual paid members will receive a membership card.

 

**All fully paid life members will receive a lapel pin, a gold medal membership card, and a certificate commemorate this special level membership.
